Use of cookies

Cookies are small text strings that the site visited by the user ("first party" cookies) or different sites or web servers ("third party'" cookies) place inside a terminal device (usually the browser) available to the user, where they are stored, so as to be used the next time the same device is used for site visiting.  Using cookies, the data processed are mostly pseudonymized. i.e. they may not be directly referred to the physical user. The site uses cookies for various purposes, ranging from technical purposes, i.e. site operation, to commercial or advertising ones. When they are strictly necessary for service provision, cookies are defined technical. The site visitor's consent is required for using non-technical cookies only, i.e. cookies used for commercial purposes. The latter cookies make it possible to optimize site operation and the service provided to the visitor, thanks to the processing of data relating to access and content displayed. Analytical cookies are those intended to provide the site operator with purely statistical data, such as, for example, the total number of visits to the site and to each of its pages, per each specific time slot. Analytical cookies are considered technical, where sufficiently anonymous. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the setting provided on your browser, but this may prevent you from using the full functionality of this website. This site only uses technical cookies and some third party cookies, as specifically mentioned below. For more information on the nature of cookies, we recommend that you visit the following specialized websites: www.allaboutcookies.org and www.aboutcookies.org.
